4.10 Pump maintenance

4.10.1 Replace the overflow valve

Remove the holding bow on the pressure switch (HD 9/50-4
Cage and HD 13/35-4 Cage only).
Note
For this, push out the support bow using a screw-driver.
Pull the pressure switch off the overflow.
Loosen the hollow screws on the overflow valve evenly and re-
move the overflow valves.
Note
The hollow screws must be loosened or tightened simultaneously
to avoid damage to the O-rings when the overflow valve is re-
placed.
Tightening torque, hollow screw, pressure side: 160 Nm
Tightening torque, hollow screw, suction side: 40 Nm
