Allows you to set the maximum memory frequency.

Max TOLUD [Dynamic]
Allows you to set the maximum value of TOLUD. Dynamic assignment would adjust
TOLUD automatically based on largest MMIO length of installed graphic controller.

Set this item to enable or disable memory scrambler support.
