- Page 3 Assembling your 3530 generator car he generator car’s light dispersion assembly is packed separately. To assemble the unit, first remove the end screw that holds the body shell to the frame. Now, gently push the shell backwards to release the frame from the slots on the body. Before lifting the body off the frame, note that two wires are attached from the frame to the inside of the shell.

Page 6: Replacing The Lamp In Your Generator Car
Replace the lamp with Lionel part no. 600-0363-300, available from your authorized Lionel Service Center or Lionel Service. See Lionel Service on page 8 for more details. Replace the light cover. To reassemble the car, slide the slots on the shell over the tabs on the frame. Note: Take care that the two wires are completely inside the shell, and that they do not touch the light dispersion assembly. - Page 7 Notes...

Lionel L.L.C. or an authorized Lionel L.L.C. Service Center, together with proof of original purchase will, at the option of Lionel L.L.C., be repaired or replaced, without charge for parts or labor. In the event the defective product cannot be repaired, and a replacement is not available, a refund of the original purchase price will be granted.
