Locking

Remove nozzle hose from body by:
(1) pressing in locking tab
(2) sliding up and out of retaining slot.
(3) Inspect nozzle hose and
clear any obstructions.
Replace nozzle hose by sliding down on
retaining bracket until you hear a click.
Return the vacuum cleaner to the
upright position before plugging into an
electrical outlet.
MC-UL426 ONLY:

Turn off and unplug the vacuum cleaner.
Remove lower plate (See BELT
REPLACEMENT, pages 31-32).
Nozzle Hose

Air Turbine:
Frequently check air path to make sure it
is free of obstructions.

Inspect inlet of nozzle hose and clear any
obstructions.
Reinstall lower plate (See BELT
REPLACEMENT, pages 31-32).
Return the vacuum cleaner to the
upright position before plugging
into an electrical outlet.
