The Auto Sensor Programs must ONLY be used for foods described.
2.
Only cook foods within the weight ranges described.
3.
Always weigh the food rather than relying on the package information.

Most foods bene t from a STANDING time, after cooking with an Auto Program, to
allow heat to continue conducting to the centre.
5.
To allow for some variations that occur in food, check that food is thoroughly cooked
and piping hot before serving.
Weight
To cook fresh llets or steaks of sh. Place in a suitable
