    Introduction to your security system The DOMONIAL control panel/communicator unit is the brain of your security system. It exchanges information with the associated wireless peripherals. DOMONIAL centralises the data sent by the detectors, records the arming and disarming operations and communicates with your central monitoring station.

    Understand the audible acknowledgements SIGNALLING EQUIPMENT The sounder, whether it is built in the control panel 1 or mounted in the house 2 is an effective deterrent thanks to its power and very aggressive loudness. Both these components emit an audible confirmation of your arming and disarming the security system.

  • Page 8 Built-in audio verification version DOMONIAL can have a built-in audio verification function, allowing you to call and talk to the persons who are in the monitoring station, just by pressing the button. Then the monitoring station will ask you to talk.

  • Page 10 - The audible confirmation is emitted by the signalling equipment. Action on the key immediately disarms the security system of your house. PARTIAL ARMING Provided that this function has been programmed by the installer, you can choose to protect only a part of your house while you are in the other part. For instance, you can protect the ground floor while your are sleeping upstairs.

    How to use your wireless keypad ? The keypad is used to arm, totally or partly, and to disarm your security system by means of an access code chosen at the installation stage.   • Page 13 On some keypad models, presenting the TAG more than 2 sec. will arm the system without pressing the ARM key. If you ask your installer for the corresponding configuration, you will be able to arm your security sys tem by a mere push on the “ON” key. DISARMING VIA THE CODE KEYPAD To enable you to get to the keypad without triggering an alarm, your installer has pro- grammed an entry delay of a few seconds.

    ENTRY DELAY The entry delay gives you the time necessary to enter your access code on the keypad to disarm your security system. The delay duration and area are defined between the installer and yourself. WRONG CODE PROTECTION If your enter 3 successive wrong codes, the sounder is triggered, the keypad is blocked for 5 minutes and the central monitoring station is informed thereof.

    This function must be programmed as operative by the installer. Remote controlling is authorised only after you have entered your secret code. The Domonial control panel picks up your call after the programmed number of rings or after its has been called twice successively.

    Maintenance and recommendations Check regulary your system (once a month or follow your operator’s specifications) Avoid shocks for all the components and more especially avoid dropping the remote keyfob. Do not immerse. To clean the components use a damp rag only (no detergent). Keep in a clean, dry place at the ambient temperature.
