Repairs

Danger!
Disconnect power before servicing or disassembling the housing or unit.
Never remove the front or end caps unless power is disconnected from the unit.
Bosch recommends that you contact your local Bosch service center for device maintenance
and repair. In the event of failure, the device should be removed from site for repair.
9.2

Replacement of the Mounting Cradle

Disconnect power from the unit and, optionally, remove all connections.
Using a 10 mm wrench or the multi-use tool, remove the three (3) M6 bolts holding the
mounting cradle to the mounting surface.
Put the unit in a safe location.
Using a 7 mm wrench or the multi-use tool, remove the seven (7) M4 bolts holding the
mounting cradle to the housing.
Install a new mounting cradle in reverse of installation and tighten the seven (7) M4 bolts
to 2.0 N m (1.5 ft/lb).
Finish installation as described in Mounting, page 23.
