Installing the DHCP Service
Generally, the DHCP service component is installed by default during the installation of the
Window 2003 Server. If the DHCP service component is already installed, go to
DHCP Service and Setting DHCP
do as follows to install it:

Choose Start > Settings > Control Panel, click Add or Remove Programs, and click
Add/Remove Windows Components.
The Windows Components Wizard dialog box is displayed.
