ENG2: DISPLAY TEST MODE
Key Function
ENTER/SELECT Toggles all LEDs and displays on or off
SPEED UP Turns on individual segments in all the displays in a clockwise motion

SPEED DOWN

Turns on individual segments in all the displays in a counter-clockwise motion
STOP Watch dog test: Reboots into normal operating mode if test passes
ELEVATION UP Shifts 8. across the seven segment displays and a character that shows all
segments on across the alphanumeric displays along with a column or row of
LEDs across the dot matrix displays
ELEVATION DOWN Shifts 8. across the seven segment displays and a character that shows all
segments on across the alphanumeric displays along with a column or row of
LEDs across the dot matrix displays
START Turns on dot matrix columns and function LEDs: displays heart rate when
heart rate LED on. When the IBD2J, daughter board, is connected and the
time LED is on, main board displays IBD2J software version in elevation window and IBD2J
checksum in function window. If not connected or if there is a communication problem with
the IBD2J, it displays 0.0 and 0000 as version and checksum, respectively.
ELEVATION 1 Displays Elx in the elevation and speed windows, where x is the value of the grade key.
to ELEVATION 9 (Only displays when using the 25-key touchpad, has the elevation quick keys.)
SPEED 1 to Displays SPx in the elevation and speed windows, where x is the value of the speed key.

ENG3: BURN IN MODE
The burn in mode can be used to run tests that require the treadmill to continually run. The program is based on the
5K run. Segment changes occur every 0.1 mi. or 0.1 km, depending on the treadmill configuration. When the
system reaches the last segment, it loops to the first segment. Speed at programs start is at fi maximum speed. The
user can adjust speed and incline. The program returns to the preset incline upon segment completion. Keyboard functions
are the same as in normal operating mode.
Key Function
ENTER/SELECT Scrolls heart rate, pace, calories, and distance. If held, automatically scans information.
SPEED UP Increases speed
SPEED DOWN Decreases speed
STOP Pauses program. Resets board if held.
