After-Sales Service

See "Troubleshooting" ( P.19-10) before contacting
SoftBank for service or repairs. If you cannot find solutions
or solve problems, contact SoftBank Mobile Customer
Center, Customer Assistance (
area and provide a detailed description of the problem.
Repairs within warranty are performed under terms and conditions
described.
Out of warranty, any repairs are performed upon request at subscriber's
expense.
