ON/OFF CONTROL

Turn the ignition switch to the ACC or ON
position.
Press the POWER/VOLUME dial to turn
the audio system on. Press the
POWER/VOLUME dial again to turn the
audio system off.
CAUTION
To prevent the battery from being
discharged, do not leave the audio
system on for a long period of time
when the engine is not running.

VOLUME CONTROL

Use this control to raise or lower the
volume of the current audio source at any
time. When you make an adjustment, the
display indicates the selected volume
level.

STATION TUNING CONTROL

Seek tuning
Select a waveband and briefly press one
of the seek tuning arrow buttons. The unit
will stop at the first station it finds in the
direction you have chosen.
Note: If you continue to press and hold
the button, the frequency will continue
changing without stopping.
Manual tuning
Turning the manual tuning dial will change
the frequency higher and lower. The
display shows the frequency selected.

STATION PRESET BUTTONS

This feature allows you to store your
favourite stations so that they can be
recalled by selecting the appropriate
waveband and pressing one of the preset
buttons.
Select a waveband.
Tune to the station required.
Press and hold one of the preset
buttons until a beep is heard. The
preset channel number and station
frequency or name will be displayed.
The station is now held in the memory.
This can be repeated on each waveband
and for each preset button.

AUDIO MENU CONTROL

Press the audio control dial to select the
function. The selected function will be
indicated.
Turn the audio control dial to adjust the
selected functions as follows:

FADE
Shift the
sound to
the front

Shift the
sound to
