Lift the wheelchair using the hand con-
trol. At the same time grip the wheel-
chair, guide it up. Lift the wheelchair just
above the level of the door opening's
lower edge. Stop the hoist BEFORE the
white line reaches the hoist head.
When the wheelchair is above the level
of the door opening's lower edge the
hoist's lift arm should be retracted. This
is done via the hand control's RETRACT
button. Rotate the wheelchair using the
hand controller. At the same time guide
the wheelchair with one hand, so that it
comes in the right position in the car.
Wheelchair lifts Carolift
Lower the wheelchair and lock the
brakes. The wheelchair should be
completely lowered onto the car floor
so that it stands firmly. The lift belt can
remain hooked in the wheelchair, but in
the tensioned position, so that it does
not come loose during transport. Place
the hand control in its holder to uninten-
tional operation. Secure the wheelchair.
