D. Operating Instruction:
1. The rotator adjusting pin is used for adjusting the rotator to the proper initial
position for the user as shown in the diagram. (See Fig. 4)
2. The Plate adjusting pin is used for user to adjust the plate to the proper position
as shown in the diagram. (See Fig. 5)
