Sets the Busy Lamp Field (BLF) list URI for account x. The device will
retrieve the list from this location.

sip_account.x.mwi_uri
Sets the MWI URI that will be used for MWI subscription. If this setting is
left blank, the VSP736 uses the account x user ID for MWI subscription.
