Halfway through the Auto-
clean process, the steamer
base vibrates louder.
The cover cannot be properly
closed.

Possible cause
The water tank is empty.
The cords are not wound up
properly.
Solution
Fill the water tank fully with water before
you start the Auto-clean process.
Make sure the steam hose and mains cord
are properly wound around the water tank.
First wind up the mains cord and then the
steam hose in the groove inside the base.
