Security, auditability, and control
This product uses the security and auditability features of host hardware, host
software, application software.
It is a customer's responsibility to ensure that the server is secure to prevent
sensitive data from being removed.
The customer is responsible for evaluation, selection, and implementation of security
features, administrative procedures, and appropriate controls in application systems
and communications facilities.

General product/system description
The x3400 M2 systems are enterprise LAN servers using industry- standard
architectures. They contain a 32-bit and 64-bit PCI bus architecture:
• A 32-bit PCI bus supports data transfer rates of up to 132 MB/s and runs at 33
MHz clock speeds.
• A 64-bit PCI-E bus supports data transfer rates of up to 1.0 GB/s and runs at 133
MHz clock speed.
These servers contain either a Intel 2C 1.86 GHz/4.8 GTS-4MB Intel Xeon processor,
a 2.0 GHz/4.8 GTS-4MB 4C processor, a 2.26 GHz/ 5.86 GTS-8MB 4C processor, a
2.4 GHz/5.86 GTS-8MB 4C processor or a 2.53 GHZ/5.86 GTS-8MB 4C processor
with up to a 10.5 Gb/s data bus to the system.
Additional standard features include 2 GB of system memory, integrated Gigabit
Ethernet and either a eight port SAS/SATA controller, or four-port native SATA
controller, an integrated management module, an SVGA video controller with 16 MB
of video memory, and a SATA DVD-ROM drive.
