Setting the Password

To Set a Password
1. Press
Look for the flashing L to make sure you are in
the Local Time mode.
2. Press L(
3. Enter a password using a maximum of six
characters.
Warning: Keep a copy of your password in a
safe place. If you forget your password, you
have to reset the unit before you can use the
databank and all previously stored information
is lost.
4. Press
You are prompted to enter your password
again to confirm it.
5. Re-enter your password, and press
Your password is locked until you change it.
Changing or Deleting a Password
Follow Steps 1 and 2 above. Type your
password and press
deleted. Follow the steps above to set a new
password.
