To remove the jack, turn the jack joint
by hand.
To remove: Turn the joint in direction
1 until the jack is free.
To store: Turn the joint in direction 2
until the jack is firmly secured to pre-
vent it flying forward during a collision
or sudden braking.

To remove the spare cover:
1. Open the back door. Unhook the
latch handle which on the bottom
of the spare tire cover.
The latch handle can be released only
when the back door is opened.
