STARTING AND STOPPING

REWIND (MANUAL) STARTER
IntekE Snow MODELS 120000, 200000, 210000
To Start Engine:
[1.] Check oil level.
[2.] Turn fuel shut-off valve 1/4 turn to OPEN
(if equipped).
[3.] Push safety key IN (if equipped).
[4.] Turn rotary choke knob to CHOKE position.
[5.] Depress primer.
Note: If temperature is 15 ° F ( –9 ° C) or higher push
primer two times, if below 15 ° F (–9 ° C) push prim-
er four times.
[6.] Move throttle to FAST position. Operate engine
with throttle in FAST.
[7.] Grasp rope handle. Pull slowly until resistance is
felt, then pull rapidly to start engine and avoid
kickback.
[8.] Allow engine to warm up several minutes, adjusting
choke toward RUN position. Wait until engine runs
smoothly before each choke adjustment.
To Stop Engine:
[1.] Move throttle control to SLOW, then to STOP.
[2.] Pull safety key OUT (if equipped).
[3.] Close fuel shut-off valve (if equipped).

To Start Engine:
[1.] Check oil level.
[2.] Move choke lever to start position.
[3.] Depress primer (if equipped).
Note: If temperature is 15 ° F ( –9 ° C) or higher
push primer two times, if below 15 ° F (–9 ° C) push
primer four times.
