Troubleshooting

Refer to this chart when you encounter problems while
using the phone or if it performs abnormally. If the issue
cannot be resolved using the information in the chart,
contact the dealer where you purchased the phone.

reception
Possible causes
Wireless transmissions
cannot effectively
reach the network
because the signal is
too weak.
The network is busy,
for example, during
peak times, there may
be too much network
traffic to handle
additional calls.
The phone is too far
away from a base
station for the service
provider.
Possible solution
Move to a location
where the network
signal is stronger.
Avoid using the phone
at such times, or try
again after waiting a
short time.
Request a service area
map from the service
provider.
