Cutterdeck General Information
Height of Cut Adjustment - Front Cutterdeck
To adjust the height of cut on the front cutterdeck follow the procedure below. Ensure that the mower is sta-
tionary on a level surface with the parking brake engaged and the cutterdeck drive disengaged.
WARNING: PREVENT ACCIDENTS - Never adjust the height of cut with the engine running.
Read all of these instructions before commencing.
1. Raise the deck to transport position and engage transport latches.
2. Switch off the engine and remove the ignition key.
3. Remove the front castor assemblies from the support beams.
4. Disengage the front deck transport latches and lower the cutterdeck on to suitable supports so that it is
safely supported approximately 130mm from the ground. Leave the lift lever in the float position.
5. Remove the HOC positioning bolts. Lift or lower the castor wheel support beam and replace the bolts in
the appropriate holes to achieve the desired HOC. For bolt positions refer to the HOC decal on the deck
or to the picture in this manual. Note the required position of the spacers on the front castors.
6. Tighten these bolts but do not overtighten.
7. Start the engine, raise the cutterdeck to the transport position and engage the transport latches.
8. Switch off the engine.
9. Replace the front castor, placing the spacers in the required positions.
