Cleaning the Air Conditioning
Coil
Service Interval: Every 250 hours (Clean more
frequently in extremely dusty or dirty
conditions)
1. Stop the engine and remove the key.
2. Remove the (4) screws securing the fan and the
condenser cover to the fan mount (Figure 91).
3. Carefully lift the fan out of the condenser cover.

4. Nut
4. Remove the two nuts and washers securing the front
of the condenser cover to the cab roof (Figure 91).
5. Unplug the fan wire connectors located between the
cover and roof.
6. Remove the fan and the cover.
7. Remove and clean the A/C Condenser Screen. Refer
to Cleaning the A/C Condenser Screen.
8. Clean the air conditioning condenser thoroughly
with compressed air (Figure 91).
9. Replace the A/C Condenser Screen.
10. Replace the condenser cover and fan. Make sure to
connect the fan wires before securing the condenser
cover.

Screen
Service Interval: Every 50 hours (Clean more
frequently in extremely dusty or dirty
conditions)
1. Stop the engine and remove the key.
2. On the rear of the fan mount, rotate the latch to the
side (Figure 92).

3. Slide the A/C screen out from under the air
conditioning coil (Figure 92).
4. Clean the screen thoroughly with compressed air
(Figure 92).
5. Slide the screen into the channels under the air
conditioning coil and rotate the latch downward.
