INSTALLING YOUR VIdEOpHONE

Choose Wall Mount or Stand
Installing the ACN IRIS X Videophone using the stand
• Attach the Phone Stand to the slots on the back of the
videophone. (See Diagram 2).
Installing the ACN IRIS X Videophone using the wall mount
• Attach the wall mount to the slots on the back of the
videophone. (See Diagram 2).
• Attach the phone to the wall using the wall mount hole.

Observe your ACN IRIS X Videophone as it

begins the initial setup process
Your ACN IRIS X Videophone will begin the initial setup
process during which you will see an animation sequence.
The ACN IRIS X Videophone may also turn itself off and on
as it registers with the ACN network. This may take up to
five minutes.
IMPORTANT: Please do not touch the screen or disconnect your
videophone until the main screen (shown in step 7) appears and
remains unchanged for at least two minutes.
Once the initial setup process is complete,
you can configure a wireless (WiFi) network
connection and other options. For instructions,
please visit your acn Independent Representative's
online shop www.myacn.eu

To Make a Call
 Pick up the handset or press the Phone icon for a dial
tone, enter a number, then press the Audio Call or
Video Call button.
 To end the call, simply hang up the handset or press
the red End icon.
TROUbLESHOOTING TIpS
Check your power source
 Check to ensure the power adaptor is securely
connected to the back of the ACN IRIS X Videophone.
 If the power adaptor is connected to a surge
protector or power strip, make sure the power to the
surge protector is switched on.
 Make sure the Home Button light is
illuminated or flashing.
Verify your network
 Make sure your ACN IRIS X Videophone is installed
correctly as illustrated in this guide.
 Verify your Internet connection is working
properly by browsing to your favourite website
with a computer.

Voice Mail
 To access your Voice Mail, simply press the Voice Mail
icon or dial your ACN Digial Phone Service phone
number. Enter your 4-digit password
(initially set to 1234#) .
 Follow the prompts to change your password, listen
to messages, save or delete messagers, update or
change your greeting and more.
Allow sufficient time for initial setup
 The initial setup may take up to five minutes to
complete. Please do not disconnect your ACN
IRIS X Videophone or attempt to make calls
during this time. Do not touch the screen or
unplug your videophone until the main screen
(shown in step 7) appears and remains unchanged
for at least two minutes
