GETTING STARTED
Before you begin, you will
need the following:
 An active High Speed Internet connection
with a minimum bandwidth speed
of 384 kbps to enable the ACN Digital
Phone Service.
 A router
WARNING:
Please do not attempt to use the phone, touch the screen or unplug your ACN IRIS X Videophone until the setup
process is complete and the main screen appears. Interrupting the setup process may cause your Videophone
to malfunction.
Use only the power adaptor included with the ACN IRIS X Videophone. Using another power adaptor may cause
the videophone to malfunction and void the warranty.

ImPoRTANT: Before installing your ACN IRIS X Videophone, ensure your Internet is working by browsing to your favourite
website using a computer. You should initially setup your ACN IRIS X Videophone by connecting it directly to your
router using a wired Ethernet cable connection. After you have successfully completed the setup process, please visit
your ACN Independent Representative's online Shop or www.myacn.eu for instructions on how to connect your ACN
IRIS X Videophone to your wireless (WiFi) network.
