Getting started

1.2.1 Set-up
Inserting the micro SIM card & the microSD card
Note
Please charge before first use. Normally, press and hold the Power key
will power the tablet on and the Home Screen will show up, but a battery
icon will show instead of the Home Screen when the tablet is lack of
power, that indicates you should charge before use. Use only charger
recommended by TCT Mobile Limited and its affiliates.
This device cannot be charged through usb computer connection. Please plug in your
charger before first usage.
Charging the battery
Connect the battery charger to your tablet and mains socket respectively.
• When using your tablet for the first time, charge the battery fully (approximately
3.5 hours).
You are advised to fully charge the battery (
percentage on screen while the tablet is powered off. The percentage increases as the
tablet is charged.
The charging status bar will not float if your battery is extendly consumed. To
reduce power consumption and energy waste, when battery is fully charged,
disconnect your charger from the plug; switch off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth or
background-running applications when not in use; reduce the backlight time, etc.
