Cause
Water tank is empty.
Water level indicator jammed.
Tank calcified; water level-
indicator jammed.
Capsule container full.
Message does not disappear after
the tank was emptied.
Tray not engaged properly.
Temperature is above the coffee
temperature.
Machine must be de-scaled.
Remedy
Refill water.
Empty tank, rinse and install again.
Remove tank, descale, rinse thoroughly, fill and
install it again.
Take out drip tray and capsule container,
Empty container and tray and install it again.
Container was removed for less than 8 sec.
Take out tray for approx. 10 sec. and install it again.
Install tray correctly.
Machine must be allowed to cool down to coffee
temp (see Chapter 10).
Carry out descaling operation according to
Chapter 16.
