MK-60 SAW
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Regular cleaning is required for the safe operation of the tool, as an excessive build up of
dust will prevent the tool from operating correctly. The dust extraction hose may become
blocked and require cleaning occasionally.
• Unplug the saw from the power supply.
• Clean thoroughly with a small soft brush.
• Keep the cooling vents on the motor housing clean and unobstructed at all times.
• Never use any caustic agents or solvents to clean the plastic parts.

LASER BATTERY REPLACEMENT

(A)
Remove the screw from the top
of the Laser Line Generator (1).

CARBON BRUSHES

When the carbon brushes wear out, the tool will spark and/or stop. Discontinue use of
the saw immediately. The brushes must be replaced prior to using the saw. Continued
use of the saw when brushes need to be replaced may cause permanent damage. When
the carbon brushes need to be replaced, take the saw to a power tool repair shop for
replacement. Always replace both carbon brushes at the same time.
(B)
Remove the top of the Laser
Line Generator case.
