your

You
are

transmitting
SSB

to increase

output power,
rotate

POWER

the desired
power between 10 and 100
watts.

FREQUENCY
SELECTION
The IC-751A
transmitter covers
all
HF
Amateur
bands
exclusively.
In
addition, the receiver covers
all
frequencies
from
0.1
to
30MHz
continuously.
1)
TUNING CONTROL:
Rotate the
TUNING
CONTROL
clockwise
to increase
the
fre-
quency, and counterclockwise
to decrease the
frequency
in
lOHz
steps
while
in
any
operating
mode.
Turning
the
TUNING
CON-
TROL
faster
automatically
shifts
the tuning increments to
50Hz.

TUNING SPEED
SWITCH

:
When
the
TUNING
SPEED
function
is
ON,
the operating
fre-
quency
shifts
in
1kHz
increments
while
in
any
operating
mode
as
the
TUNING
CONTROL
is
turned.
