5-2.5 Oil Connections
All Wall Mounted Boilers are supplied with a pump set for two pipe oil system.

5-3.1 Service Access
W40/80E SHOWN
External Wall Mounted Boilers have a large hinged front door that gives access to the
Control Panel and enables all routine servicing to be carried out without the necessity of
removing main case or flue. The door can be lifted off in windy conditions.
A large bolted service door is provided on the front of the heat exchanger giving easy
access to the baffles and combustion chamber.
5-3.2 Heating Connection
The flow and return connections are on the top of the Boiler heat exchanger - 1" female
BSP . The standard arrangement is to connect through the back panel as shown in fig.
5-3b.
5-3.3 Boiler at Ground Level
The External Wall Mounted range can be wall mounted at ground level, however the
following conditions must be considered.
1.
A terminal guard must be fitted (not supplied).
2.
A 50mm free air space must be provided under the Boiler.

The Burner is supplied for two pipe operation and will probably require changing to
1” BSP/F
single pipe operation.
4.
Protection against rodent intrusion is essential.
