Answering Voice Calls

When a Call Arrives...
820P rings; Notification Light flashes.
If Caller ID is sent, number appears in Main Display
and External Display; if saved in Phone Book,
caller's name appears.

Place a caller on hold when you cannot
answer (Hold)
When a call arrives, press
caller. To answer the call, press
! Call charges apply while on hold.
Forwarding Calls
Activate Call Forwarding (ZP.17-2) beforehand to
automatically forward incoming calls to a preset number.
When a call arrives, press
Forwarding is not active, call is rejected.
Rejecting Calls
When a call arrives, press
Mute Ringer
While ringing, press [Mute] or
ringer.
