3.1

PCB,transformer,and capacitance

1 refer 1.1 to remove front & back panel
2 refer 1.2 to remove electrical control box
3.remove 8 screws like picture
4.Remove the PCB, transformer, fan capacitor, compressor capacitor,

3.2 Power cord

1. Refer to 1.1 to remove the front panel and rear panel.
2. Refer to 1.2 to remove the c-box.
3. Remove 1 screw fixed in the power cord ground wire and c-box.
4. Pull the 2 pins connected to the PCB.
5. Remove the clip fixed in the power cord and 1 screw in the base pan.
6. Pull the power cord from the back of the base pan.
7. Reinstall the parts followed the above steps.
(The ground wire is only fixed in the hole with the ground wire mark).
8. Once the power cord damaged, change the specified one .

3.3 Sensor wire

1. Refer to 1.1 to remove the front panel and rear panel.
2. Refer to 1.2 to remove the c-box.
3. Pull the connector with the sensor and PCB.
4. Remove the sensor wire.
5. Reinstall the parts followed the above steps.
3.4 打水电机 water pump motor
1.refer 1 to remove all parts.
2.refer 2 to remove system parts
3.remove 2 screws fix the water pump motor
4.take out the water pump motor upward
5.remove 2 screws fix the water pump bracket
