Chapter 2: Setting Up The KINETIC LOG SPLITTER It may be helpful to familiarize yourself with the controls and features of your KINETIC LOG SPLITTER as shown in Figure 1 before beginning these procedures. Belt Greasing the Rack Guard Note: It is important to grease the Rack every 5 hours for proper operation. Tools and Supplies needed: Guard Screws General Purpose Grease Center Clean Rags Guard Guard Phillips Screwdriver Screws 1. Use a Phillips Screwdriver to remove the 11 Guard Screws, Washers and Lock Washers that secure the Center Guard (Figure 12).

KINETIC LOG SPLITTER is fit for ordinary purposes for which a product of this type is used. Generac Power Systems however, limits the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness in duration to a period of two (2) years in consumer use, ninety (90) days for any other use.
