REAR WHEEL DISASSEMBLY AND REPLACEMENT
Use a jack to raise the motorcycle's rear wheel
off the ground. Unscrew the rear brake adjusting
nut . Hold the other side of rear wheel axle with
wrench, and remove the rear axle nut , and take
out the rear wheel axle .Move the rear wheel
forward and remove the driving chain from the
drive gear, and remove the rear wheel.

Front/rear wheel axle nut torque is: 40-50Nm. Apply the brakes several times after adjusting the rear
brake, chain and installing the front and rear wheels. Then release both front and rear brakes to check
that the wheels rotate properly.
