Cleaning
WARNING!!
DO NOT spray the oven with a water jet.
DAILY
1. Saturate a cloth with light oil. Wipe the oven
exterior when it is cold. Dry the oven with a
clean cloth.
2. Clean stainless surfaces with a non-toxic in-
dustrial stainless steel cleaner. Apply the
cleaner when the oven is cold, and always rub
with the grain of the metal.
3. Clean the porcelain interior with a non-toxic in-
dustrial porcelain cleaner.
WEEKLY
1. Remove the racks and rack support. Soak
them in a solution of ammonia and water.

EVERY 12 MONTHS
For all oven models:
1. Check the main electrical connection.
2. Remove the blower wheel. Soak in a solution
of ammonia and water.
For gas models only:
1. Check the venting system for possible deteri-
oration resulting from moisture and corrosive
flue products.
2. Check and adjust the gas setting.
