1. INTRODUCTION Congratulations on your purchase of the Marmitek MegaView 80/81! The MegaView 80/81 provides a simple way to extend an HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) signal or DVI (Digital Visual Interface) over a single CAT5e/6 Ethernet cable. The maximum CAT5e/6 cable length is 100 metres at 1080p resolution. -

Switch off all appliances before you start connecting. Connect the HDMI source (Blu-ray disc player, TV Decoder, Media Centre PC, etc.) to the MegaView 80/81 transmitter [1], using an HDMI cable (not provided).
