MACHINE WASHING

• The electric blanket can be machine washed at 40°C using a delicate program.
• Use only the gentle spin cycle. DO NOT run an additional spin cycle.

HAND WASHING

• The electric blanket can be hand washed at a maximum temperature of 40°C.
• Use a liquid soap for delicate garments (read the product dosage instructions).
DRYING
• Set the dryer at a low temperature.
• Hang the electric blanket without applying pegs on the electrical parts so as not to damage them.
DO NOT use the electric blanket until it is completely dry.
HANGING THE ELECTRIC BLANKET TO DRY
• The electric blanket must be hung to dry in the approximate original dimensions. The best results are obtained
when it is still damp, pulling a panel at a time from one end and the other. This may have to be repeated a
number of times until the electric blanket is completely dry.
• Make sure the wires are not kinked or twisted. It is easier to check the wires by placing the electric blanket
against the light.
• If problems arise with the wires after having hung the electric blanket or if it does not return to its original size,
return it to our Service Centre for a safety check.
ATTENTION! When you store the appliance, let it cool down before folding it.
ATTENTION!
When you store the appliance, DO NOT place objects on top of it which crease it and/
or deform it.
The fabric may take on a natural yellow colour over time. This does not compromise the safety and/or
performance of the product in any way.
Check the appliance and the flexible cord often for signs of wear and tear. Should this be noted or in the case of
malfunction, take the appliance to an authorised IMETEC Technical Assistance Centre. However, we recommend
having your electric blanket checked by an authorised Imetec Centre at least once every 3 years.
