Troubleshooting Guide

PROBLEM
There is no steam.
There is not enough
steam.
The scrubbing pads are
streaking or leaving
dirt behind.
The cleaning tool
handles keep falling
off the hose.

POSSIBLE REASONS
The Steam Bottle is not
plugged in.
There is not enough
water in the unit.
Mineral build-up may be clogging
the nozzle.
Water level may be low.
The all purpose scrubbing pads
may be dirty and need to be
replaced or washed.
The all purpose scrubbing pad
may be worn.
The connection may not be
secure.
SOLUTIONS
Verify that the Blue light is on and the product is
plugged in correctly into a working outlet.
Fill the steam bottle tank.
Using the nozzle cleaner, carefully clean the nozzle
to remove debris.
Fill the steam bottle tank.
Replace with a clean scrubbing pad.
Replace as needed.
Check the connection, making sure you are
pressing in and turning at the same time.
