c The motor can be freely positioned. Connection to the appliance is via the
exhaust ducting and the connection cable. Connection cable length: max.

d If the rangehood is being installed near to a wall, a minimum distance of at
least 50 mm must be observed so that the edge extraction panels and the
grease filters can be removed easily.
e The rangehood is secured in the cut-out by clamps. This requires that the
ceiling is made of a solid material, such as wood. It cannot be installed directly
into plaster. Make sure that the material is strong enough to bear the weight of
the rangehood and the edge extraction panels. There must be a minimum
distance of 40 mm between the areas around the clamps and any structures or
components, such as struts or cables.
