Periodic Maintenance Chart

The following chart is a guide based on average riding conditions. You
may need to increase frequency based on riding conditions. When
inspection reveals the need for replacement parts, always use genuine
POLARIS parts, available from your POLARIS dealer.

Test engine stop switch
Test throttle safety switch
Test tether switch
Test throttle lever
operation
Test brake lever
operation
Check brake operation
and adjustment
Check steering system
operation
Check operation of
headlight and taillight
Clean dust and debris
from engine
Check ski skags, replace
when worn to 1/2 original
diameter
Inspect fuel lines, replace
as needed
Check engine oil level
Oil the drive chain
Check track tension,
tighten if necessary
Grease the clutch
Change oil
