The phone is provided with the following keys. Throughout this guide, all
key presses are represented by icons such as

Power key: Switches the phone on
or off when pressed and held.
Nokia Navi Key: Performs the
function indicated by the text
above it.
Scroll key:
In Phone Book: scrolls through the
stored phone numbers & names.
In menu facility: scrolls through
menus and settings.
During a call: adjusts the earpiece
volume.
With clear display:
of last dialled numbers,
the names stored in Phone Book.
C key: Deletes characters from the
display. Also exits the menu.
Number keys: Used to enter num-
bers, letters and special characters.
calls your voice mailbox when
pressed and held.
Special character keys.
: Press once for *, twice for +
(replaces international access code),
three times for DTMF pause character,
four times for DTMF wait character.
: For example, press and hold
to switch between alpha and numeric
modes while writing or editing text
messages.
