Erase: Deletes the current message. Press
the deletion.
Exit: Exits the menu facility.

Show Delivery Reports (Menu 2 3)

Within this submenu you can check whether your text message has been
delivered to its recipient. To use this function, the menu function Delivery
Reports (Menu 2 6) must be set to Yes.

Delivery reports of successful or failed messages are automatically re-
moved from the list when you exit this function or switch off the phone.

Broadcast Messages (Menu 2 4)

This network service allows you to receive text messages on various topics
such as weather, traffic, exchange rates etc. via your wireless phone. You
can receive messages related to a specific topic only if the topic name is
shown in the Index list. For more information, contact your service provider.
To activate the function, select one of the pre-defined topics from the
displayed list or select Add to add a new topic to the list.

Off: Sets off the Broadcast Messages function.
Add Topic: Allows you to add a new topic to the selection list. At
the prompt Topic number:, key in the appropriate topic code (3
digits) obtained from your service provider and press
prompt Topic name:, key in a name for the topic (max 10 letters)
