LifeBook Security/Application Panel
The LifeBook Security/Application Panel provides hardware security and one-touch application
launch capability.

Power and Suspend/Resume Button
The Power and Suspend/Resume button is always used to Power On your LifeBook notebook
from its Off state. It is also used as the Suspend/Resume button. This allows you to suspend
notebook activity without powering off, resume your notebook from suspend mode, and power
on your LifeBook notebook when it has been shut down.

Keyboard
Used to type characters and enter commands in your computer.

Flat Point
Used to control the mouse pointer. The scroll button in the middle allows you scroll up and down
through the document in the active window.
Critical Points
Some applications may not allow you to scroll up and down through a document, using the
scroll button.

Latch
Used to lock the LCD panel to prevent it from opening accidentally.
To unlock the LCD panel, slide the knob to the right.
