Warranty duration
This product and its accessories are covered by 24-month warranty duration. The
rechargeable battery has 6-month warranty duration. The warranty period starts
the day the product has been purchased. You will have to prove the warranty with
the original invoice or the receipt or any documents on which the purchasing date
appears.
Coverage
A defective product shall be returned to the distributor with all the accessories,
instruction manual and gift box together with a note to explain the default.
The date you purchased the product defines the day the warranty period starts.
The warranty period is not extended in case of repairing or exchange by our after
sales service.
Exclusions
Damage or defaults caused by a non-appropriate use of the product and the use
of other accessories than those provided with the product or recommended by the
manufacturer and in this instruction manual are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty doesn't cover damages caused by lightning, water or fire or any
other damage caused during transportation. The warranty will be cancelled if the
serial number of this product has been removed, modified, deleted or is illegible.
The warranty will also be cancelled if this product has been repaired, modified or
affected by a third party and non-authorized person, service or company.
