Symptom
Audio input contains
noise.
When the IR LED
lights, a part or all of
the screen appears
blurred.
When the IR LED
lights, the camera
switches between
color mode and
black-and-white
mode.
Cause/solution
• Check the following.
• Grounding of the camera, a switching hub or
peripheral devices are not done.
• The camera is used near an electrical power line.
• The camera is used near a device which produces
strong magnetic field or radio waves (such as near
a TV/radio antenna, a motor of an air conditioning
system, a transformer, etc.)
When audio input still contains noise even after
checking the above possibilities, use a powered
microphone or connect audio output with low output
impedance.
• Is there a wall or other reflecting surface or object
near the camera (including areas not displayed in
images)?
Adjust the camera angle so that light from the IR LED
is not reflected.
• The subject may be too close to the camera.
Adjust the distance between the camera and the
subject.
