17. Pull away the weatherstrip from the driver's A-pillar
trim.

18. Using a rubber mallet and a shop towel, gently tap
the driver's A-pillar trim at the position shown to
release the clip. Gently tap the pillar trim just below
the "SIDE CURTAIN AIRBAG" mark.

19. Pull away the weatherstrip from the driver's A-pillar
trim. Remove the trim (two clips).

20. Remove the clip from the driver's A-pillar, and install
a new clip.
