7.1 DIAGNOSIS

7.1.1 DISASSEMBLY

- Removing the Case (Fig.1)

Remove the six screws.

Remove the screw and then remove the
Case.
- Removing the Grille Assy (Fig.1)

Remove the two screws.
Disconnect the connector and then remove the
Grille Assy.

- Removing the CD Mechanism Module (Not shown)
1. Disconnect the connector and then remove the CD Mechanism Module. 1. Disconnect the connector and then remove the CD Mechanism Module.

- Removing the Tuner PCB (Fig.2)

Remove the solder of three places and
then straight the tabs at three locations
indicated.

Remove the screw.
Disconnect the connector and then remove the
Tuner PCB.
