PIZZA

This function allows you to simply and automatically cook pizza.
Always use oven gloves when touching the recipients in the oven.

Pizza Menu
Remove from package and on the turntable.
CHILLED PIZZA
Cook on "CHILLED PIZZA".
Remove from package and place on the tumtable.
FROZEN PIZZA
Cook on "FROZEN PIZZA".
Please refer to recommended recipes.
Topping Variation : Replace the onion with chopped bacon and continental sausage, mushrooms.
Place the prepared fresh pizza in a pizza tin.
For best results ensure that the topping is evenly spread over the pizza surface.
Pizza (White Loaf Dough base)
150g(6oz) strong white flour
90ml milk, lukewarm
FRESH PIZZA
3g dried yeast
1.5tsp. oil
pinch of salt
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 tomato, chopped
150g(6oz) mozzarella cheese
COOKWARE
23cm(9") pie dish
1. Touch Pizza pad once.
2. Select the menu by touching the
Pizza pad until the required menu
is displayed.
3. Touch the time set pads for the
desired cooking weight.
4. Touch START/SPEEDY COOK
pad.

1. Place the flour, yeast, salt, milk, oil in a large bowl and mix well.
2. Knead well on a floured board then retum the dough to the
bowl and proving using convection 40˚C until doubled in size.
3. Roll out the dough to form a round shape to form the pizza
dough.
4. Place on the metal tray.
5. Place the chopped tomato, onion, cheese on the pizza dough.
6. Cook on "CRUSTY-FRESH PIZZA"

"P _ _ 1 " will show in the display.Both MW
and Grill indicator light.
Refer to the Pizza menu chart below for
further details.
The oven light comes on and the turntable
starts rotating.
Cooking starts and the time in the display
will count down.
Note :
You can check the setting cooking
menu while the cooking is in progress
by touching the Pizza pad.
