4. Igniter cable pinched or wet
5. Piezo igniter nut is loose
6. Broken igniter cable
7. Bad piezo igniter
POSSIBLE
CAUSE
1. Gas supply turned off or
manual shutoff valve is
closed
2. Control knob not in "PILOT"
position
3. Control knob not pressed in
while in "PILOT" position
SOLUTION
1. Replace igniter
2. Replace igniter
3. Reconnect igniter cable
4. Free igniter cable if pinched
5. Tighten nut holding piezo
6. Replace igniter cable
7. Replace piezo igniter
SOLUTION
1. Turn on gas supply or open
2. Turn control knob to "PILOT"
3. Press in control knob while in
