Reinstaliation should be caried out in the reverse order ofdismantlement. but
pay aftentron to points below:
LAdjust the drive chain.
Lcheck to see ifthe parts below are tightened propetly, and secured wiih a new split
prn,
Torsion ofaxle nur 80N.m (8.0 kg.m)
Torsion oftie-rod botr 20N.m (2.0 kg.m)
l.Adjust the rear brake-
NOTE
Check rhe brake light for function after adjusting the rear brake.

CLEANING

Clean your motorcycle regularly to protect the surface finishes and inspect for
damage, wear, and oil or blake fluid leakage, and to prolong service life ofparts.

Clean the headlight lens and other plastic parts using a cloth or sponge damp-
ened with a solution of mild deteryent and water.
2.Dry up the motorcycle, start the engine, and let it run for several minutes.
