FUSE
The vehicle is equipped with a self-recovercd overload protector. The protec-
tor will cut offthe circuit automatically in the case oftroubles such as a short circuit
or an overload troubl€, and it will switch on the circuit automatically a lew seconds
later after you tum on the power switch in the case of houbleshooling.
The fuse may be used repeatedly forlhousands times.
REPLACEMENT OF HEADLIGHT BULB (Fig. s2 & s3)
If the headtight bulb is bumt out, replacement should be done as follows:
disc ftom the clipper Assy.
MOUNTING OF FRONT WHEEL (Fig. 55)
Reinstallation should be carried out in the reverse order
of dismantlement, but pay attention to points below:
l.Make sule that the wheel cas€ should be engaged with the
gear device of speedometer properly.
2.The clearance between the linings should be enough before
the brake disc is fit to position.
3.Make sure that the sloi in the outside of gear should be en-
gage with the boss offtonlleft shock absorber properly.
4.Tighlen up tbe axle nur ro .pecified torsion
Torsion offtont wheel axl€: 5.8N.m (5.skg'm)
4.Loosen the lock nuts and chain adjusters at both sides.

L Loosen offthe screw from th€ headlight Assy.
2. Tum offthe leading wire ofheadlight, take the headlight Assy out ofthe bracket,
ihen remove the chimney,
3. R€move the socket by tuming it counterclockwise, withdraw the damaged bulb.
NOTE
Be car€ful not to bum yourselfand keep flammable materials away becaus€
the bulb is very hot during operation
4. Fit a new bulb to position and secure it with socket spring.
5. Reinstall the chimney and headlight Assy.
Contact the dealer for help ifthe light beam need to be adjusted.
DISMANTLEMENT OF FRONT WHEEL (Fig. 54)
NOTE
Contact the dealer for assistance, iffiont wheel need to be repaired.
CAUTION
Please support tbe vehicle with a stand to prev€nt it from falling ov€r.
l. Remove the alrive cable ofspeedometer from the side offront wheel.
2. Loosen the bolt and axle.
3. Put a block under the engiDe to mise the fiont wheel offthe ground.

4. Remove the bolt and extract the axle.
NOTE
Don't hold the handlebar to clamp the fiiction lining when withdraw the brake

s.Check the ftont foik for proper functioning beforc fixing the clamp bolt.
6.Tiglten up the bolt to specified torsioD-
Tolsion of clamp bolt: 20N.m (2.okg.m)

Please support the vehicle with a stand to prevent it from falling over.
1.Place a block under tie engine to mise the rear wheel.
2.Put out the split pin ftom the bmke tie-rod, unscrew the nut and tie-rod bolt.
3.Remove the bmke adjuster and rcd.
